New milestone for opening up European markets.
ISOPAN Deutschland GmbH, manufacturer of sandwich panels for roofs and walls and part of the Italian Manni Group, is relocating its headquarters from Wettin-Löbejün, district Plötz in Saalekreis, to the industrial estate Starpark in Halle East in summer 2021. This marks a new milestone in the company's growth and further development of European markets.
Already in 2017, the decision was made to invest in a new production facility. Thus, a production and storage hall with the latest technologies as well as a modern and functional administration building were built in Starpark Halle, not far from the A14 motorway. The Manni Group, with several companies worldwide, promotes the three drivers of innovation, digitalisation and internationalisation, among others. ISOPAN Deutschland’s move to Starpark Halle targets each of these drivers. "The new facility is a step forward to strengthen our focus on Central and Northern Europe and improve the efficiency of our processes to support our customers and partners," says Francesco Manni, Chairman of Manni Group. "The transport links are excellent. This means that supply chains can be implemented more efficiently, even abroad," adds Jörg Reiter, General Manager of ISOPAN Deutschland. The manufacturer plans to increase production capacities and further expand exports to Central and Northern Europe. The infrastructural location of the new company site fulfils all the prerequisites for this project.
The company premises in the industrial estate Starpark Halle has plenty of space for production and storage. Enough to expand the existing first production line with a second one in the future. The total area of the company premises is 60,000 m², of which the production hall has a share of 18,000 m².
ISOPAN Deutschland currently employs 70 people and is looking for further reinforcement in the areas of production, logistics and customer service. "The new company headquarters offers enough space to grow. We look forward to receiving applications," says Nicole Fall, Head of Human Resources and Administration.
Naturally, the company relied on panels from its own production for the construction of the production and administration building. Thanks to the radiant blue tone of the exterior cladding, the plant, which is certified by the IFBS - International Federation for Lightweight Metal Construction, is already easily recognisable from the A14 motorway.
